Natasha Lenar is a certified Personal Trainer (BCRPA), Group Fitness Instructor, Weight Trainer, and Pre/Postnatal Fitness Specialist. She is the creator of lenar.tv, a health and fitness community that inspires women around the world to find their happy and healthy body! Natasha is a trilingual trainer (English/Russian/Ukrainian) that developed a worldly experience. Her two Russian YouTube channels have a few million views and 55 000+ subscribers. Natasha born in Europe, but currently residing and training in Abbotsford and around the Lower Mainland / Fraser Valley, BC, Canada. If you live close by, you have the opportunity to have her as your Personal trainer or You can drop in for one of her live group fitness classes in Abbotsford. She is also working with pregnant women and teaches a series of Prenatal Strength/Stretch Classes.

Hello, Beautiful people! Welcome to LeNaR- Fitness!

My name is Natasha and I am the founder of lenar.tv and lenar-FIT- Fitness and Health Centre. My greatest passion in life is changing people's lives and inspiring them to live a healthy and active lifestyle. 


My short life story

My fitness journey started back in 2004, when I was diagnosed with the instability of the cervical spine and vegetative-vascular dystonia/disorder. Due to poor blood circulation to my brain, I was feeling dizzy and lightheaded almost every day. I spent a few years trying to normalize my state - dozens of pills every day, countless visits to doctors, I spent months in hospitals in and out. It felt like a long rollercoaster ride with no stops and breaks between. I was exhausted and did not see an exit from all this chaos. All this constant stress lead to generalized anxiety and panic attacks, which were making my life even harder.

It took me a few years to realize that the traditional medical approach alone is was not working for me. At some point, I had to take responsibility for my health.


I started to look into different areas of health and my attention really caught a holistic approach to health. A holistic approach means thinking about the "big picture". In a medical setting, holistic refers to addressing the whole person, including their physical, mental, and emotional health. 

Some notes about Holistic health:

"[Holistic medicine] teaches to take responsibility for your own health, and in so doing is: cost-effective in treating both acute and chronic illness; therapeutic in preventing and treating chronic disease; essential in creating optimal health."

Holistic Health can be defined as an approach to life. Rather than focusing on illness or specific parts of the body, this ancient approach to health considers the whole person and how he or she interacts with his or her environment. Holistic health emphasizes the connection between mind, body, and spirit.

I liked the idea of "the wholeness" and started to apply those concepts into my daily life. Step by step, with little changes here and there, I returned my health back! There were no magic pills or quick changes, it's all about little steps and consistency. Looking back, I can honestly say that I am thankful that I had this disconnection in my body. It taught me a lot… I started to live more consciously,  I learned to take care of my body and listen to it, I started to appreciate every day more, I started to notice “little” things, I learned to be in the “now moment ” more often. I discovered the real power of exercises on the human body, the power that I have never known existed. It’s amazing how complete and smart our body is, what a big power it has inside and how it can heal itself!

Despite the fact, I had a masters' degree in Engineering and successful career in that area, I fell in love with fitness and had a strong desire to not only deepen my knowledge in fitness/health areas, but to change my path completely, and become a Professional Fitness Leader. 


I realized I have a deeper purpose and I had to share my knowledge and passion with people who want to have the aspiration to become a better, stronger, and healthier version of themselves, who want to improve their life by incorporating fitness and healthy habits into their daily lives. I am feeling beyond happy that my programs, guides, and videos help so many people around the world. 


I have been in the Fitness Industry for over 10 years now and I can confidently say that whatever your physical shape or health condition is - there is always a way to make yourself look and feel better, you can always get closer to your goals by incorporating proper exercise routine that works for YOU.  It's all about little things and consistency. I believe that with the right training program, a bit of determination and support, anyone can get closer to their goals and achieve them.


If you are ready for a change I will be happy to help you realize what your body is capable of and guide you on your way of transformation. When creating a program for my clients I always take a personal approach. Because everybody is so different, I do not stick to a specific style of workout. My main focus is to share my knowledge and build a solid fitness foundation so that my clients can achieve long-term results that will last. 

I am teaching how to get fit and how to stay fit in a long perspective. When I say "FIT" I mean not only the physical shape of the body. Although with a SMART training program it will come along, I follow a holistic approach - It’s about health, it’s about being healthy physically, mentally and emotionally, not only workout to look good, but workout to feel good inside, it’s about looking fit and feeling fit.

I believe that trainers have to teach people a lifestyle instead of a quick fix to a temporarily sexy body.
