What exactly does a personal trainer do?
What type of results can I expect to see working with you and how many sessions would it take?
Everybody is different, the amount of sessions it will take depends on your goals and level of commitment as well, but with us both working together to reach your goals, you will not fail!
Will you provide a nutrition guide on what I should be eating?
Yes! YOu will get step-by-step education and learn how to nourish your body and create Your own meal plans. I teach just a science based eating method allows you have a non-restrictive diet and still see amazing results!
What’s included in your personal training programs?
Usually all programs start from an initial consultation (initial fitness assessment and evaluation, lifestyle questionnaire and a medical form) followed with a short PT training session.
What does a normal personal training session consist of and how long is it?
Each session is one hour long and starts off with a brief discussion to ensure you are staying on track (diet, training alone, etc.) Every individual’s training sessions are different based upon their goals, but most programs consist of a light warm-up, 40-50 minutes of resistance training, followed by a cool down and stretching period. Depending on the individual’s goals, a cardio regimen may also be followed.
I've never worked out in my life. Will you still be able to assist and teach me?

I have an injury/limitation, can we still train?
If you have been recently injured or are rehabilitating an injury a personal trainer will design and or modify a program perfect for your unique set of circumstances to help ensure a safe and efficient recovery to full activity.
