Includes: Initial screening, Bioimpedance analysis and functional assessment to help up to design a progressive exercise program that is customized to your specific needs.

I highly recommend to  Start Your Health/Fitness Journey with A Fitness Assessment and do regular check-ins to see progress.

A fitness assessment:

60 min Assessment session - $85

When you start working with me a fitness Assessment included in your first session along with initial consultation (filling the PAR-Q, health/lifestyle questionnaire).

For ongoing clients, we repeat a fitness assessment every 4-6 weeks to see progress and make changes to a program.
